Cardi B seeks new ‘beginning’ amid Offset split woes

Cardi B is reportedly asking the court for the custody of her children following her third pregnancy announcement.

The Grammy-winning hip-hop superstar, who shares two children with Offset, is also looking for child support from her husband of six years.

According to sources, the couple has tried to reach an agreement despite irreconcilable differences.

The insider confirmed that the two “have experienced irreconcilable differences … There is no reasonable prospect of reconciliation between the parties.”

Meanwhile, a representative of Cardi said, “This is not based on any one particular incident. It has been long time coming and is amicable.”

Offset, who is known for his successful solo career and role in the rap group Migos, tied the knot with the WAP rapper during an intimate ceremony on September 20, 2017, in Atlanta.

This comes on the heels of Cardi announcing her third pregnancy in a recent Instagram post.

The 31-year-old rapper hinted at her split with the Migos rapper as she wrote in the caption, “With every ending comes a new beginning!”

In addition, Cardi also discussed the twists and turns of life, which complemented their divorce show.

She added, “It’s so much easier taking life’s twists, turns and test laying down, but you, your brother and your sister have shown me why it’s worth it to push through!”

However, Offset has yet to respond to these claims, leaving fans eagerly awaiting his reply.
