I’m not convinced by Cardi B’s reaction to Offset’s cheating assertions – Joe Budden speaks out on Podcast show

Joe Budden has expressed his opinion on the recent Offset and Cardi B’s cheating saga, where it was reported that Offset blamed his wife for being unfaithful to him.

The Joe Budden Podcast saw the former Slaughterhouse MC and his co-hosts play a recording of the ”Please Me” artist shredding the claim from her  Husband,

Joe Budden was not one to be swayed by Cardi’s claim that she would never sleep with a “regular-shmegular-degular” person — or anyone in the music industry for that matter — because they wouldn’t be able to keep it to themselves.

“If I felt like my girl was cheating and she said these things to dispel my thought, it would not be dispelled,” he said. “It would actually strengthen it.”

His co-hosts agreed, with Lamar “Ice” Burney adding: “Those are lines that we’ve used.”

“In kindergarten, early in my cheating game,” Budden responded.

A few days prior, Cardi B went live on Twitter Spaces to, quite literally, sing about her marital troubles with Offset.

“Let me say,” she began, singing “I Should Have Cheated” by Keyshia Cole. “You know that you can’t accuse me of all the things that you know you’re guilty of. Sing it with me, y’all! And I see that’s easy for you to blame everything on me! Yes honey!”

She then returned to her regular voice.

“Listen,” she continued. “Don’t pay attention to the country man, y’all. That Spaces the other day? That motherfucker’s spiralin’. Come on, now. I’m Cardi B, n-gga. I think sometimes motherfuckers forget that I’m Cardi B.

“If I was givin’ this pussy to anybody, it would be out. Can’t fuck me no regular-degular-schmegular! Cuz they gon’ tell the world. And I can’t fuck nobody in the industry, cuz they gon’ tell too! So please, boy. Stop actin’ stupid!”

Cardi was reacting to a since-deleted Instagram post from her husband saying that she had slept with someone else. “My wife fucked a N-gga one me gang yall niggas know how I come,” he wrote.
