Mike Tyson, a former undisputed world heavyweight champion boxer, is going to have fight a heavyweight bout against Jake Paul this summer.

Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson is set to be streamed live globally, exclusively on Netflix on Saturday, July 20, 2024. There will be 80,000-seat capacity at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, home of the NFL’s Dallas Cowboys for fans to experience the match live.

“He’s an upcoming guy on the scene and I like shaking the sports world to its core, and I’m doing it now,” Tyson said during the press conference. “It’s just something I want to do.”

The ticket prices for various other VIP packages available for Paul vs Tyson include Contender Package, which starts at $3,500. Champion Package beginning at $7,500 and VVIP Package starting at $20,000.

At 20, Tyson was the youngest heavyweight championship boxer, with an overall record of 50-6 including 44 knockouts. As of now, he is 57 and is up against in a fight with Jake Paul, who is 28, according to Fox 5.

“This has been a long time coming. We’ve been calling each other out for years, and we finally got to make it happen on Netflix, the biggest platform in the world,” Paul said.

Speaking in response to Paul, Tyson said: “I like Jake a lot, but once he’s in that ring, he’s going to have to fight like his life is depending on it because it will be.”

Paul began his boxing career as a YouTuber and is 9-1 with 6 KOs, accepting that he’s up against a giant.
