The 46th President of the United States Joe Biden’s plan to pardon students with a $400 billion debt was quickly thrown out by the  US Supreme Court sighting a lack of an initiative on behalf of the president for not involving Congress on the matter before proceeding with it.

The conservative-dominated court voted six to three in the ruling, Elena Kagan one of the judges explained saying they neither had a personal stake or incurred an injury by the policy. She said, “We do not allow plaintiffs to bring suit just because they oppose a policy.”

“We agree,” Chief Justice John Roberts wrote in the majority opinion. “The question here is not whether something should be done; it is who has the authority to do it.”

Biden “strongly” disagrees with the Supreme Court’s decision and will later “make clear he’s not done fighting yet,” a White House source said shortly after the ruling, speaking on condition of anonymity.

Joe Biden’s efforts to ensure that American citizens enjoy his tenure as a president who cares for their welfare has not really turned out as the Democrats had planned but has rather been meant with disdain, especially from the Republicans who will stop at nothing to see themselves return to power in the coming elections.
