Seth Meyers makes shocking confession about Lizzo

Seth Meyers recently shared his experience with Lizzo during the Seth Goes Day Drinking segment in 2022.

The American comedian, who hosts The Late Night with Seth Meyers, took a trip down memory lane and recalled his interaction with the Truth Hurts hitmaker.

During an interview on a recent episode of Late Night, the 51-year-old revealed that the American rapper called his father a ‘b**ch’.

Speaking exclusively, he said, “My highlight of day-drinking – there were a lot – you called my dad, and we left him a message, and I would just like to show it real quick.”

In the controversial clip from the segment, played by the Saturday Night Light alum, Seth calls his dad and says, “Lizzo wants to say something.”

During the video clip, the 36-year-old singer said, “Bye, b**ch.”

Meanwhile, during the April 9 conversation, the Bros actor revealed that Lizzo made surprising efforts to remedy the situation.

Addressing the singer, he said, “I did not know you did this. I found out you did this from my dad, because you got my dad’s address, and you sent flowers to my parents’ hose with a note that said, ‘Dear Larry, I’m sorry I called you a b**ch.”

He continued, “And let me just say, when we talked about how nothing happens overnight, I had a real moment when that happened because I thought to myself, ‘What events had to conspire in my career that my dad called me to say, ‘ I got flowers from Lizzo.’ Like, in what world?”
