Prince William says ‘just one last push to finish the job’ in new message
Prince William, who’s set to travel to Berlin to watch England take on Spain for the prestigious Euro 2024 title, has released a heartwarming message for the team ahead of the Sunday’s game.
The Prince of Wales, who’s the President of the FA, said: “We are so proud of You all @england, just one last push to finish the job.
“Go out there and show the world what you’re made of. We believe. W.”
England’s men’s team has never won the European Football Championships, however, Spain won two back-to-back games in 2008 and 2012.
The Euros final is coinciding with the Gentlemen’s Men’s Singles final at Wimbledon on Sunday, meaning that William will definitely not be present to support his wife Kate Middleton during her second official public appearance since her cancer diagnosis.
The Kensington Palace has confirmed that Princess Kate to attend the men’s singles final between Carlos Alcaraz and Novak Djokovic at Wimbledon on Sunday afternoon (July 14).
Princess Kate has been the patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club since 2016.
